I'm back!

Hi Lupinites!!

I'm back! Incase you didn't already know, my poor, poor computer (called Severus) died

While it's still in the process of resusitation, my brother has 'given' me (my mum forced him to as he doesn't use it) his laptop, while it's not ideal I do now have regular access to the internet :D

So that's where I've been for the past few months.

Anyway! On with the show.

In 20 days it's David Thewlis' birthday, he will be 44 years young. I was wondering whether anyone wanted to send him anything? You'd have to tell me now, and get anything to me within the week so i could send it off. (However, living in the UK does mean i could send it off last minute.)

We meant to do a big thing last year, but it never took off the ground. If you think that sending something simple as a letter and a card would be efficient enough let me know or a simple 'MySpace'comment/message. Or if you think that the whole thing's a silly idea and would merely embarrass us all, let me know that too, i'm not proud and i'm open to critisim, I would just have to kill you

Kidding, really

So whatever your views and opinions are, let me know as soon as possible via Owl

Lupin Week

~Hello Lupinites!!~

Just to tell you that Lupin Week is only a month away starting on Wednesday November 1st. So if you have an idea for an activity, lurking away at the back of your head, no matter how big or small, make sure you let us know it! The more ideas of things to do we receive the better! We have a couple so far, but not enough, so please let us know yours!

So make sure you send an OWL (PM) to myself, Helen (Ygraine) or Marieke (Krieltje.)

And let us make this a Lupin Week to remember!

New Staff!

We now have a new President! *drums*

Congratulations to Helen (a.k.a Ygraine) for becoming our Pres!

Lupinday 2006

A big event is coming up...

On Wednesday the first of november....

~~Lupinday 2006!!!~~

(The Third Edition)

Yeeh! At that date a whole year has passed by since our last Lupinday, which was a great success! We had so much fun that we decided to extend Lupinday to a full week, which resulted in another week of Lupin related activities. =D!

Of course we ended Lupinday with a wonderful party - The Lupin afterparty - which also lasted for a whole week!

This year, we want to make Lupinday even more special and we need as much help as we can get.

If you have any ideas for fun activities, please PM Ash (Ashleigh07), me (Krieltje) or Helen (Ygraine).

Let's make this Lupinday even better than previous years!

Happy Birthday David~!!!!

Yep, it's the man himself, people!! The brilliant actor who brought the fantastic character of Remus Lupin to life.

David, thanks for giving us a tangible face, personality and voice to our favorite Harry Potter character. No one could have done a more spot on job - you're brilliant, you truly are!!! May your birthday be filled with everything and everyone you love!!!

Let us also not forget Mar 21 (tomorrow), as it marks yet another birthday close to our hearts (being an affliate and all y'know). An equally brilliant actor, he plays Lupin's late (*sniffles* bless his soul) best fellow Marauder mate Sirius Black...
